Enjoy a luxury stay at our modern, NEWLY RENOVATED home. We renovated this house with having fun in mind! The indoor/outdoor living areas are perfect for groups and families to hang out at the house and have a great time. Or, go check out what San Marcos has to offer - we are centrally located, just 1 mile from the square (where you can find plenty of fun bars, restaurants, and acitivities), walking distance to the University's campus, or short drive to the river & outlet malls!

King King Queen
Our 3 bedroom home boasts two king bedrooms with what, in our humble opinion, are the most comfortable mattresses we could find - and 55" Smart TVs! These two bedrooms share an unattached bathroom. The third bedroom features an equally comfortable queen bed with a 55" TV, and has it's own private bathroom, as well as a reading corner (feel free to grab a book!) and selfie room (tag us in your pics!).
Cook.
The kitchen features a large marble waterfall island with seating for 8, so it functions as a dining table (or a good place to play some games - we have provided a bunch of board games and cards if you're into that!). It is also fully stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, and some pantry staples. Check our amenities for a full list of what is available.
Caffeinate.
We also offer a full coffee bar, stocked with K-Cups for the Keurig or some ground coffee to use our coffee pot, various sweeteners, syrups, and creamers - because coffee is my love language! For the non-coffee drinkers, we've got various flavors of tea as well.
Lounge.
The indoor/outdoor living areas both feature huge 65" TV's and plenty of comfortable seating, so feel free to kick back and relax while you watch your favorite movie or sports game!
Entertain.
The backyard is ready for a good time with a propane grill, party lights, all kinds of outdoor games, and a firepit with seating for 8 - there is plenty of entertainment for your group at the house!
Work.
If you need to get some work done, rest assured! We have the fastest Wi-Fi speed available, so everyone can use the Wi-Fi!

Visit the two neighboring outlet malls to knock out any shopping you'd like to do, just a 10 minute drive from the house!

Always a refreshing 72 degrees, the river is enjoyed year 'round and is home to many threatened or endangered species. You can float it or take a glass bottom boat tour!
Wonder World Park
Wonder World is a natural theme park located in San Marcos. The park's attractions include n ancient earthquake cave, anti-gravity house, a trackless motor train, & wildlife park.
The Square
Among our treasures, locally-owned shops and restaurants, bistros and nightspots adorn every corner of historic downtown San Marcos, fueling American’s favorite vacation pastimes – shopping and eating!
Farmer's Market
Every Saturday at the Square, from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, you'll find farmers to market their crops and a source of fresh, homegrown and homemade products for the local consumers.
